We are pleased to announce three years later the return of Direction/Instruction– a traveling group exhibition showcasing an international group of artists who are focused on challenging uses of Geometry, Color, Composition, Text, Form and Ad Hoc materials. La mostra propone una sintesi dell’attività di ricerca dell’artista attraverso lavori su carta di piccolo e medio formato, un wallpainting, un video e delle tracce audio estratte dal suo progetto LARVA.
L’idea nasce da una riflessione che vuole associare la naturale organicità delle forme di 108 con gli aspetti estremi del paesaggio lavico etneo. Questo assume il valore di un incontro primigenio tra la materia astratta, misteriosa e simbolica delle sue masse nere e quella fisica, rocciosa del paesaggio vulcanico.

Il progetto si conclude con una pubblicazione in edizione limitata che completa il tema d’indagine.

The exhibition presents a summary of the artist's research through medium and small format works on paper, a wallpainting, a video and audio tracks from his project entitled LARVA.
The idea comes from the association between the natural organic shapes of 108 and Etna's extreme lava landscapes. This identification reveals itself as the primitive encounter between the misterious and symbolic abstract matter of the black mass and the physical, rocky scenery of the volcano.

The projects ends with a limited edition publication that complements the topic of the research
